The local golf scene

The Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy runs public golf at Delaware, Cazenovia, and South Parks, with current league activity. Those community golf programs are independent of our events.

What the quote confirms

We accept requests here and seek a vetted local operator for each job. An operator and equipment must be confirmed before we can offer a booking. The request starts a quote; it does not reserve a date. The quote confirms staffing, equipment, venue fit, and the weather plan.

Measure the setup before requesting a date

Start with a flat area approximately 16–20 ft wide by 18–27 ft deep and about 12 ft of clear height, plus standard power. These are planning dimensions; the quote confirms the actual configuration. The staffed setup includes the enclosure and screen, courses, right- and left-handed clubs, balls and tees, an attendant, setup and teardown, and closest-to-the-pin and long-drive games. Review the included equipment and staffing, then send your date and venue details. The selected monitor and event setup are confirmed in your quote.
