Plan this venue
Ask the venue about loading, floor protection, power, and temporary-structure approval before choosing a spot. Provide the exact property and event schedule; we review crew travel and the indoor or outdoor setup for your date.
Venue rules to check
Miami Beach's special-event guidance addresses temporary structures and public-space use. Requirements depend on the property and event. We do not imply that beach or public-property placement is approved without the city's and venue's permission.
The local golf scene
Miami Beach Golf Club is on Alton Road. The course has its own operations and event rules; we make no claim of a relationship.
Local golf context (October 1, 2026 sources)
Miami-Dade reported new TrackMan Range technology at Palmetto in April 2026. That separate public-course update is not a claim about equipment at your Miami Beach event.
What the quote confirms
We review crew travel from Orlando for your date. The request starts a quote; it does not reserve a date. The quote confirms staffing, equipment, venue fit, and the weather plan.
Measure the setup before requesting a date
Start with a flat area approximately 16–20 ft wide by 18–27 ft deep and about 12 ft of clear height, plus standard power. These are planning dimensions; the quote confirms the actual configuration. See the space and delivery-access guide and, for outdoor plans, the weather and backup-location guide.
The staffed setup includes the enclosure and screen, courses, right- and left-handed clubs, balls and tees, an attendant, setup and teardown, and closest-to-the-pin and long-drive games. Review the included equipment and staffing, then send your date and venue details. The selected monitor and event setup are confirmed in your quote.
