Plan this venue
For a Miami event, an indoor or covered placement may simplify weather planning. Send the access window, dimensions, power location, and an outdoor backup option if needed. Travel is reviewed for each date, and the quote confirms whether a crew can take it.
Venue rules to check
Miami-Dade lists public golf options and a separate permit path for special events in county-operated parks. A public course or park listing is local context, not permission to place our bay there; the organizer must confirm venue approval.
The local golf scene
Crandon Golf at Key Biscayne is a Miami-Dade public course, not a Bring the Tee. event location.
Local golf context (October 1, 2026 sources)
Miami-Dade reported in April 2026 that Palmetto Golf Course added TrackMan Range technology. It is public-course news, not the monitor or software promised for our bay.
What the quote confirms
We review crew travel from Orlando for your date. The request starts a quote; it does not reserve a date. The quote confirms staffing, equipment, venue fit, and the weather plan.
Measure the setup before requesting a date
Start with a flat area approximately 16–20 ft wide by 18–27 ft deep and about 12 ft of clear height, plus standard power. These are planning dimensions; the quote confirms the actual configuration. See the space and delivery-access guide and, for outdoor plans, the weather and backup-location guide.
The staffed setup includes the enclosure and screen, courses, right- and left-handed clubs, balls and tees, an attendant, setup and teardown, and closest-to-the-pin and long-drive games. Review the included equipment and staffing, then send your date and venue details. The selected monitor and event setup are confirmed in your quote.
